Not microwave safe. No metal utensils (not recommended as it will damage the interior surface). No aerosol spray oils. Avoid contact with abrasive sponges or scouring agents as it can damage the material. Avoid heating an empty pan/pot (note: it will naturally patina over time). Be careful! As with all cookware, use oven mitts (or our Hot Grips) and care to prevent injury. Allow to fully cool before washing. IMPT: The long handle and knob of your cookware is constructed to minimize heat transfer, but are metal, so may become hot during prolonged cooking or from radiant stovetop heat. Use caution when removing lids or touching handles. Use oven mitts or our hot grips as necessary. Tips + Tricks: 1-2 tablespoons of high smoke point oil will keep your nonstick happy. Something sticking? Just add a little baking soda, bring it to a simmer for a few minutes, and give it another go.
